10 candid tracks of improvisational rhythmic meditations/ explorations of polyrhythmic and less linear patterns on a set of 3 Ewe drums. Raw and unedited as a part of archival releases of recordings from the early 2000's. This recording weaves through the cracks between duplet and triplet feels, momentary inspirations, rhythmic brair patches and immediate openings and closings of bare, unpremeditated free rhythmic pulsations. Calling out what is in and calling in to what it out.
